All online sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or returns on any items received, with the exception of damaged or missing items (see below).
We take great care to ensure your items reach you safely. However, should anything arrive damaged or missing, please contact Tranquility Shop within 10 days of receiving your product so we may correct the situation.
